PriceFrack Rewards Loyalty Program Terms

Welcome to the PriceFrack Rewards Loyalty Program, designed to reward our valued customers with exciting perks and benefits. Here's how you can start earning and redeeming points for amazing rewards:

Earning Points:

  • Sign Up and Subscribe: Earn points just for joining and subscribing to our store.
  • Write Reviews: Share your feedback by writing reviews on your received orders (limited to 2 times per month).
  • Celebrate Birthdays: Enjoy birthday points on your special day.
  • Engage on Social Media: Like our Facebook and Instagram pages to earn more points.
  • Share the Love: Share our Facebook link and earn points (limited to once per month).
  • Make Orders: Purchase our products to earn points. Points can be earned via the shop app or our website.

Redeeming Points:

  • Discounts: Use your points to redeem percentage discounts on your purchases.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping by redeeming your points.

Referral Program:

  • Refer a Friend: Invite friends to join PriceFrack. Your friend will receive a 10% discount code upon signing up.
  • Earn Rewards: After your friend makes their first purchase, you will receive a 10% discount code. There are no limits to referral rewards.
  • Expiration: Both referee and referrer discount codes expire after 1 month.

Your earned points will not expire, but redeemed discount codes will expire after 1 month. Please make sure to only use your points when you are ready to use the redeemable discounts.

 

VIP Tiers:

Achieve more benefits as you progress through our VIP Tiers. The more points you earn, the higher your tier and the greater the rewards!

  • Tier 1: Bronze

    • Start earning points from zero.
    • Enjoy basic perks and earn points for money spent.

  • Tier 2: Silver (300 points)

    • Entry Reward: 10% coupon and a free shipping code.
    • Earn more points per dollar spent than the Bronze tier.

  • Tier 3: Gold (600 points)

    • Entry Reward: 20% coupon, free shipping code, and 50 extra points.
    • Earn even more points per dollar spent than the Silver tier.

  • Tier 4: Diamond (1000 points)

    • Entry Reward: 30% coupon and a free shipping code that can be combined with order discounts.
    • Maximize your points per dollar spent and earn rewards faster.

Refunds/Cancellation

The cancellation of an order will result in the received points for that order being removed. This will not affect any already existing points in your account. Orders cancelled that redeemed a reward will receive remitted points for the reward amount.

The refund/return of an order will result in the equivalent amount of points removed based on refund amount and current VIP tier. Orders made using a redeemed reward is non-refundable/non-returnable unless the product received is either incorrect or deemed as damaged during shipment.
