Preorder Policy
Pre-ordering an item is a great way of getting your purchase in on highly sought after collectibles before they become sold out without reaching stocked shelves. When making a purchase on a pre-order item, you accept our pre-order policy and terms of service in its entirety.
Pre-order products are items that have not been released yet or have not made it in stock in our warehouse. For best practices, we recommend not purchasing preorder products as a gift for another person due to potential manufacturing delays.
Preorder Process
Preorders are fulfilled on a first come first serve basis. After receiving preorder stock, preorders are shipped starting from the customer with the earliest purchase. If not all preorders are fulfilled within our first receiving of shipment, customer need to wait for the next shipment batch of that item for their order to be fulfilled.
Pre-order Payments
Any and all pre-orders items that are ordered, are charged by our payments provider per their terms of service. This also includes any order with a purchase containing an in stock and a pre-order item.
Pre-order Arrival Times
All pre-order products will have an estimated arrival (expected to arrive) date located at the top of the product's description or on the product's displayed tag. These dates are only estimates, as we cannot guarantee a product's arrival date.
Delays may often occur on products. We are in constant contact with associated vendors and manufacturers to keep the information available to you up to date. If an item's estimated arrival date has changed, we will update the information on file.
Pre-order Cancellations
Items that are pre-ordered may be cancelled at any time before the product has shipped. Products with costs of $200 and up require a 15% cancellation fee. Please note refunds my take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
Pre-order Prices
Prices on pre-order products may be subject to change after the price has been listed. If you have pre-ordered an item and the price has changed in our store, we will not change the price and payment of your order.
Although rare, some mandatory changes may happen to a pre-order item. This could happen due a vendor that solicits a product with a pricing error, or when the United States Government assesses the product import tariffs.
In Stock Soon
Products with the "in stock soon" tag are currently being prepared for shipment, or are in the process of being delivered to our warehouse. Once items arrive in stock, the stock status will update and no longer be a preorder. Please note that preorders that are sold out may still have the "in stock soon" tag.
