Q: Do you sell preorder items?
A: The great thing about our items is that they are all in stock. All current and future items at PriceFrack will be in stock until further notice.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Of Course! Your orders that have not been shipped may be cancelled with no fees. If your order has already been shipped out, it can no longer be cancelled. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
Q: I received my order but I don't want it anymore, can I return it?
A: PriceFrack does not accept returns on products of any kind unless they are defective or damaged. Damage done to the packaging of a product may also not be returned unless the product itself is damaged. Products that are returned to us without first contacting us will result in either a partial refund or rejected shipment.
Q: Can you change the shipping address on the order I made?
A: Yes, we can change the shipping address you have made. However, it is imperative that the request is made ASAP before any orders are shipped. Orders made for customers with incorrect address will not be refunded, all customers are responsible for the address information being correct at the time of ordering and the product shipping.
