Shipping & Returns

Free Shipping on all orders $100 and up. $1.50 - $4 flat rate shipping based on weight. Orders are subject to standard carrier shipping rates.

Orders are shipped in 1-3 business days after payments are fully processed. In warehouse stock has 2-5 business day shipping. Out of warehouse stock has 5-15 business day shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Track your orders directly on our website here.

You may return your order for a refund on all eligible merchandise (Original shipping charges are non-refundable). Our return policy is effective for up to 30 days from when the order is fulfilled. Orders must be returned in their original packaging.

Items not subject for returns are discounted items, sale items, and products shipped as "damaged".

Preorder Policy

Fulfilment:

Preorders are fulfilled on a first come first serve basis. After receiving preorder stock, preorders are shipped starting from the customer with the earliest purchase.

Payments:

Any and all pre-orders items that are ordered, are charged immediately by our payments provider.

Preorder Estimates:

All pre-order products will have an estimated arrival (estimated release) date in the product tag and at the top of the product's description. These dates are only estimates, as we cannot guarantee a product's arrival date. It is normal for items to be delayed by 1-2 months.

Preorder Cancellations:

Items that are pre-ordered may be cancelled at any time before the product has come in stock. Products with costs of $150 and more require a 15% cancellation fee.
