Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your item has been delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return and a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with any applicable tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for damages that happen during shipping to the box of a product, the product's packaging, or the product itself. We only accept returns on damages if the product has arrived to you in a damaged state or has a faulty part.

Wrong address/Mis delivery 
Issues resulting in a mis delivery, failed delivery, or an item delivered to the wrong address must be resolved by the shipping carrier. Items that have been delivered to the wrong address due to mistyped information will not be refunded. All customers are responsible for putting in the correct information. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges
At this time, we are currently not accepting any item exchanges.

Returns/Refunds Process
All shipments are final, when your order has shipped we can't reverse or expedite the shipping process. Please wait for your product to be delivered before issuing a return. We do not provide returns/refunds for discounted or sale products. Items are subject to availability on returns.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will issue your refund. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contactus@pricefrack.com.

Please note that orders with items that are damaged and are still functional in use, may receive a partial refund if items are kept and not returned. Partial refunds are determined based on the item and the severity of the damage. To receive a full refund please return any damaged items received.
